Pete came out for our annual plumbing inspection. He noticed we needed a new anode rod and quickly installed a new one. Our water quality is already better. Pete tells you exactly what he is doing, cleans up after himself and we have found a new Plummer for Life!! Everyone from their receptionist Mary Ellen to the techs they send out are friendly and a real asset to the company.

We opened our summer home and had numerous plumbing issues, sump pump died, faucets didn’t work, and Austin plumbing came out and very efficiently fixed everything. We had never had really hot water in the kitchen. They were able to adjust a circulation pump and now my wife is ecstatic, so hot she has to be careful. On time and extremely knowledgeable. Pete from Austin Plumbing provided great service when we needed our water heater repaired. He found the problem and fixed it right away. Since it was minor, he did a great job explaining how I can troubleshoot it myself next time it happens.
