Have you ever met an honest and reliable plumber? Today, I did. My morning coffee was met with puddles in the kitchen that traveled from the living room. Dialed up Jose at Galaxy Plumbing and by the afternoon Marcos showed up with an assistance. Marcos gave a thorough inspection without cutting the drywall and quoted me a number in which the end he actually met! Marcus did he best with the cuts and repairs and kept our place nice and CLEAN before he finished the job. While doing the work he took the time to carefully explain to me the problem and detailed out what he was going to do in addition to optional preventative measures. Within a few hours the job was done and Marcos was true to his word. Galaxy Plumbing was my hero!

WOW! Great Customer Service-Same day service when possible. Marcos and Taylor did an excellent job for me and my family. Prices are very reasonable.

Not sure why there isn’t a zero out of 5 stars? Manager never put appointment on the books for them to come out and see what is going on with a leak even when I confirmed the appointment with them. When I spoke to the manager, though apologetic, no follow through to make it up. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

Our water heater went out yesterday and luckily we were referred to Jose! He gave us the best deal around and was at our house within an hour. We called at 9:30 and by noon we were all fixed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you again!
