Jim's Plumbing

Back in January, we had a water pipe burst in our home and needed someone out ASAP to get it fixed. It was a busy day for plumbers everywhere because I tried calling 8 different places who all said they were too busy. Jim's Plumbing was the only one who was able to get someone over to me as soon as we needed it and I'm so thankful that they worked out because they have been nothing short of AMAZING. We have been working with a fellow named Jimmy and he has been the nicest, hardest working, and honest person we've ever worked with. This dude has gone above and beyond when it came to not only making repairs, but also guiding us and making appropriate recommendations and showing us how and why things work. I will recommend them to everyone who ever asks and would really like to add Jimmy to our Christmas card list :)

Needed a variety of plumbing jobs done in my home the past few months. From setting up the appointments and answering my questions to working with the plumbers, all the people I had contact with were pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I received written quotes for each job in a timely manner. Everything that needed to be done was explained to me before the jobs were started. The plumber called prior to arrival for each job and kept me informed of any issues encountered during the work. He also followed up with me after the jobs were completed to explain what was done and to give me the opportunity to ask questions. Exceptional customer service!

I can honestly say in my 59 years I have never had a plumber willing to solve my problem over the phone. I called to set up an appointment with Jim for my water pipes making load noises, due to how busy he was i couldn't get in for a week. Long store short, JIm asked me to txt him pictures of my problem. He suggested i add a part to both my hot and cold water, parts $37, problem fixed. I've never had anyone in that business without charging me $100 service call. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks Jim's Plumbing
