Reliable Rooter

We've needed plumbing work done on our home a number of times over the years and we always call Reliable Rooter. Don is AMAZING and his guys are always thorough and professional. They've cleared clogs (including a super-hero action figure that went on one wild ride), replaced old deteriorating cast iron pipes, installed fixtures, and fixed leaks. Now, we want to get our bathroom completely remodeled, and Don gave me an estimate that blew my doors off. These guys are great! It's not always easy to find people I can trust, but with Don and Reliable Rooter, I never have to worry, and that's worth more than I can say.

I first found Reliable Rooter after purchasing my house and discovering an undisclosed problem with the floor drain in my basement. I called around and Don was both the nicest to talk to and the most modestly priced I found, even coming out on a weekend. He got everything flowing again quickly. I've had them out for various jobs no less than half a dozen times and the service and work is excellent every time. He and his crew are very knowledgeable and came up with some clever ways to shave some good chunks of change off the bill. My water heater went out a while back, called Don and they took care of it from start to finish I didn't even have to shop for a water heater or mess with delivery, anything. I've had a toilet and laundry sink put in my basement, redid the plumbing on my tub, kitchen sink, installed a washer and gas dryer (yes they do some work with gas too!). I'm a cheap guy. I found them by chance from their Money Saver coupon, but don't let the price fool you their work is always spot on with no problems. I can't recommend them enough!

Very friendly, timely, and responsive to my needs. Kept me informed of everything going on, and gave beneficial information on a variety of items that were related to the issues and other issues he saw while completing the work. Will definstely use again!

I want to share my experience with my bathroom remodel. Reliable Rooter of Little Chute, WI did an excellent job!, I am not one to give a "5 star" rating very often, but in this case it is well deserved. The job from start to finish was done with professionalism, great attention to detail and quickly so our daily lives were interrupted as little as possible, they even watched out for my pets! The entire crew were a team and it showed in the workmanship of everyone. Jason Bellis who did the drywall repair work was excellent, I mean really excellent at what he does and again all the statements above apply to him as well. I had completed my own cabinet re-paint and everyone was very careful not to bump into it. I would highly recommend Don and his crew for any future work needed. So helpful, professional, answered all my questions. With this crew it was obvious that the quality of work was the priority! Sandy D.
