Excellent service. They rearranged their schedule to get done what needed to be done. I had water leaking in my basement all over my carpet. The plumber came in and just sat down in the middle of this gross mess and got to work. I was impressed. Expensive though. Over $400 for an hour of work. Replacing the 2 shutoff valves coming into the house. The only thing I didn’t like was they reused some of the old pipe fittings. Pipe fittings are cheap. They took them off so they should have replaced them. Fittings age and weaken over time. Kinda setting me up for another service call in the future if they fail now. Would have been 6 stars otherwise. Update as of 5/01/2019. The owner of Drucks Brian reaches out to me asking for pictures of the reused fitting. I sent it to him. At that point he reached back out to me and told me it doesn’t appear to have been removed and reused when I clearly watched it happen. He continued to argue with me. He even offered to send someone out to look at it to determine if it was reused. Then told me that if they didn’t think it was reused I would be charged for a service call. Really? Ur going to threaten a customer? I saw what I saw. I watched what happened and you tell me it didn’t. I never asked for anything to be done or redone. Just left a review of what took place and my thoughts. The proper way to handle this situation Brian would have been to send your guy out replace the .97 cent elbow and have 100% satisfied customer rather than argue, insinuate that I’m a liar, and threaten me with more charges. I will never return and hope this review is helpful to others in making decisions on who to choose for service.

Had a service complete on my furnace 2/25/19 and was very pleased with everything. I asked a multitude of questions and every single question got answered. They even went above and beyond to inform me of things to look for as a homeowner. The technicians were also very polite and easy to work with.

My fiance and I move into our home about 2 years ago and have had issues with the toilets in both of our bathrooms since the beginning. We finally decided to call Drucks to help us out. They were very professional and knowledgeable and gave us different options on whether to fix or replace the toilets. We opted for replacing both toilets and I'm so glad we did! The toilets work perfectly! They were also able to do the installation the day they came out as well as give us a estimate on remodeling both of our bathrooms. We're both very happy with their service and can't wait to work with them on our bathroom remodel. Highly recommend!

So very dissatisfied. I give 1 star because I believed that the work they did on our backed up sewer last week 3/11/19 was done professionally and promptly. ($408.00 was the cost, a bit high but I thought they were worth it) exactly 1 week and 1 day later the back up is worse then when they claimed to have fix it. When I called to have them come back out because the backup is worse it was after hours and we were told we would be charged another $189 just to have someone come out to look at the problem, not correct it, and another $329 for the first hour. I said no, you were just out here a week ago and I need to speak with a manager. I called the answering service and asked to have the manager call me and she said she would have curt call us. Waited for a little over an hour and no call. When I called back to get an ETA for my return call, the same person at the answering service said I would not be getting called back because she holds all calls after 9pm (that she did NOT say when I called at 8:48pm, I was told by her that Curt gets back to her quickly) We have sewer backup filling our basement and the smell is terrible but they won't be calling me anymore tonight. I was told that I will just need to deal with it until sometime tomorrow morning when I can get a call back. I am very disgusted with this and should NOT be expected to pay another $189 + $329 to have them correct what they clearly didn't fix a week ago. I sure hope Curt calls us tomorrow and corrects this asap.

We called Drucks to have someone have a look at our leaking water heater. It had been leaking from the pressure relief valve, but was still heating water and working otherwise. The guy they sent simply said it was completely broken and refused to specify why or which part of it had malfunctioned. The only wisdom he offered us was 'water is supposed to be inside the heater.' He said it would cost some $1600 to replace the entire unit and that we would have to in order to fix the leak. He also wrote on our invoice that the original reason for our call was "no hot water," which we absolutely never said. The water has been hot this whole time. In fact, the water leaking from the unit was so hot it was melting the paint off of my basement floor. Since the only problem *we* could identify was the valve, we decided to try and replace it ourselves. If it worked we'd save $1600, if it didn't, we were in for a replacement anyway so no harm done. Now, I'm not advocating for everyone to always do their own plumbing, but this was absolutely an easy fix. All my boyfriend had to do was drain the heater and replace the valve. It cost us MAYBE $50 tops in parts and took about an hour. The heater has been fine since, has stopped leaking completely and our hot water is still working just fine. The only good thing I have to say is that to get someone to look at this stuff it was only like $60, as opposed to having to pay by the hour. But that perhaps sheds some light on the price he quoted us after and the insistence on replacing a perfectly good heater. Frankly we're pretty unhappy with the dishonesty we received both to our faces and in writing, and won't be calling back in the future. Edited to add: the appointment was not made under my name. I still have your invoice on my fridge though, so I'm sure it's the right business. :)
