My toilet was leaking and I wasn’t exactly sure where it was coming from. I reached out to Mark regarding the issue, he was able to get out the very next day to evaluate the problem, and determine where it was coming from. I learned I needed a new toilet based on the leak. Not long after that, he was able to work me in his schedule to get out again to my house to replace my toilet. I feel he is a superb guy with reasonable prices.
