Rick didn't return calls to complete a job after accepting payment for work that wasn't done as promised. For a few hundred more I had another company complete the entire job right in less than a day
I had jason come to my home twice now. Hes fast,profesional,, and didnt mind my dog sniffing his junk. ;) i will use again no doubt. Nice to have a contractor like this is our backyard.
Rick's guys did a special order water heater install for us in Erin. They removed all the old piping and old heater, took the new power vent 75 gallon heater (very heavy) around the house and down stairs and installed it in record time. They even installed a recirculating pump I had on hand and allowed for insertion of a new pump if required in the future. Everything was done expertly, and the work area was left perfectly clean. Even the venting outside was done perfectly. I would recommend Rick's Plumbing in a heartbeat to anyone in the area!
The guys do fantastic work, but the chick in the office has the personality of a rock! Would easily be 5 star review if it weren't for her!!
