We came home to having no heat. Our landlord called and someone came out right away. Said they fixed it for now and the landlord needs to get new vent screen things. Now an hour later we have no heat again. I'm not happy. With three small kids this is unacceptable!

Their plumber Dave is a gem. The heating guy Lyle not so much, and as I'm writing this we are out of gas and it's -8. We are on auto fill so I'm a bit lost. If you know its cold and people are using more gas, come around more often,. It's OK, I don't mind.
