We called Bowers Plumbing a could weeks ago to get things done that were in a time crunch and they were jam packed busy but went completely above and beyond to get the job done. I am so grateful for them and not only did they get it done but the guys were amazing and so easy to work with. The office people and people out in the field were all amazing. I can not say enough about them! If you need any plumbing definitely call them!

Your man Chris has become our man too. He was prompt efficient and very well mannered. He addressed all our needs with the least amount of fuss and trouble. He has an outstanding work ethic and is extremely personable. Our highest marks go out to you and I would recommend Bower's Plumbing to all our friends.

Almost two years ago we hired Bowers Plumbing to empty our septic tank and connect to the city sewer line. They were paid 10 grand for their labor and they did a great job. We moved residences and needed a plumber because of some knocking we heard in the pipes. We thought of Bowers because of previous experience, and called to schedule an inspection. We specifically asked the phone rep, “Will there be a charge for investigating what the problem is?” The woman phone rep replied, “No.” Not no, but if such and such there will be a fee. That’s ALL she said. So we scheduled an appointment. They came out today and inspected all around the house, including the crawl space; then went out to their truck and wrote up a bid. Their bid included a $161 charge to come out and inspect. After we explained to them what we were told by their rep, they called their supervisor. Supervisor told them to charge for visit. We called same phone rep again and told her what had just happened, and that is when she said, “Well, yeah, they start going under the house, there is a fee.” Talk about bait and switch! Say what you mean and mean what you say, and for god’s sake, STATE YOUR FEES UPFRONT! It’s that simple. Would not recommend this business.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Everyone I have come in contact with has been friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. While working in my home they were considerate of my family and we felt comfortable with them here.

There were some challenges for sure on this job and it ended up being more difficult than we all anticipated but Bowers got it done and were more than fair. Ask for Chelsey.
