Sound Sewer Inspection

Breven inspected our newly purchased 115 year old home this morning, and he was highly knowledgeable and helpful, as well as personable and friendly. Very pleased with the service!

We had GREAT service from Todd today. I called yesterday and he was able to come in within 24 hours. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, provided sound advice, and was extremely personable. I would highly recommend him to others.

I needed wax seal replaced on a toilet, and they were able to quickly schedule me to get if fixed. Angelo, the plumber who did the work, showed up on time and was quick. The total bill was a lot less than estimates online lead me to believe.

Bad experience...the sewer inspector arbitrarily decided to add a subtle $50 late charge to the invoice. Problem was that was the first and only invoice provided to the property owner for the work (which was accomplished within the last 30 days). Overall this just feels like a shady, deceitful business practice and hope that you don’t take advantage of other people with just slipping in arbitrary charges. Luckily, the company agreed to drop the late charge but this whole thing leaves a bad taste in our mouths.. There are plenty of other companies that do this work...pick them.

We had an all-around excellent experience with Todd. He communicated well, making clear what time he would come to our house. He arrived right on time. He was kind and professional. During the sewer scope, I asked a variety of questions about what we were seeing in the video, and he took the time to pause and answer the questions and discuss them thoroughly (including the city connection, the water line, the general condition of the pipes, the turns and the other branches of the line). It was clear that he was very knowledgeable about the different sizes, locations, directions and types of sewer pipes (ours have a combination of cast-iron, PVC, concrete and clay) and how to assess the condition of each. I had some aspects of our pipes that I wanted to give particularly close inspection, and he went above and beyond, taking extra time to ensure that everything was carefully reviewed.
