Reclaim of Washington

We have used Reclaim of Washington for two separate mitigation incidents that occurred in our new home. One large incident that required Reclaim to remove flooring, drywall, and carpet in order to dry out the affected areas in the home. Zach and his crews were very proficient and courteous, they kept us informed of amount of damage, mitigation progress, and expected completion date. Zach is very knowledgeable regarding the insurance claims process and provided us with an itemized billing that was accepted by our insurance company without any questions. The professionalism of all employees from Reclaim of Washington is to be commended, from the first time they enter your home, they make you feel comfortable and treat it like it is their own. I found Zac and his wife to simply be the best... there to help, in the middle of my disaster. Came home to a broken pipe behind sheet rock, in my finished basement, in the middle of the night, carpeted, ~75% flooded up to 3 inches of water, several inches of snow outside. High quality work, professional, friendly, on time, compassionate (as much as a business can be). I recommend them very highly.

I have used Reclaim of Washington for mold mitigation in a bathroom wall as well as assisting with cleanup of bat guano in an old home's attic. They are super responsive, very honest with the assessment, and do a thorough job of performing the mitigation. I know a fair bit about house related things because I am also a home inspector, so sometimes, I already know the answer when asking questions. They are always spot on and do not overstate things to create a sense of urgency like some contractors. They put the needs of the customer first and work to come to a conclusive and reasonable outcome. The reason I say reasonable, is that there is almost always a deeper level you can go to regarding mitigation and repairs. The instance I draw on is my bathroom wall which I discovered had a lot of mold and rot when I tore it out to put in a walk in shower. Zach come over, assessed it, demo'd and replaced the essential material, and mitigated the remainder. Was it as far we we could go? No, but that would have required removing the entire exterior wall and siding to absolutely remove every trace of rot. In my case, that was going to be cost prohibitive and way overkill. We discussed it, came to a conclusion as to what was a logical outcome and what I considered as successful and thorough, and he executed it quickly and efficiently. It met my needs, fixed the problem to a satisfactory level, and put me at peace so we could proceed with rebuilding the wall and installing our new tile walk-in shower. Of course, the option was presented and available to go to a different and more comprehensive level, I just chose what was logical and satisfactory for me at that time. IE, I don't want to demo and rebuild a 100 year old house's bathroom wall including the exterior for little to no return on the additional thoroughness. I highly recommend Reclaim of Washington for a responsive, honest, and thorough water, mold, rot, and much more mitigation company.
