Both techs mannerisms were patient, professional, proficient and knowledgeable in his field. They evaluated the situation, explained everything efficiently and gave me options. Our sewer line backed up over night. We called and they came out the next morning. The technician was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and fast. He cleared the obstruction and inspected the line. The main line was good and he didn't try to sell me anything but made some suggestions to avoid this in the future.
