Evan is honest, professional, passionate, affordable, and very knowledgeable about septic systems. We had just moved into a home in Rainier and the company that pumped our septic before we moved in completely sabotaged it. The septic alarm kept going off and so we called them at first and the guy was super sketchy. He wanted 3k to go back out there and fix what he sabotaged. The previous owner already paid them 3k to put a new pump, pump everything out, etc. The guy was dancing around the subject when we asked him straight forward questions by using bogus technical septic terminology. So glad we found Evan! Evan new exactly what the problem was and once he came out to fix it the alarm went off! Apparently the guy before installed the pump wrong, the floater was bad, and there was a wiring problem. Highly recommend!
