I recently moved to property with a well...my only water source. Imagine my dismay when all of a sudden I had no water! Did my pump quit? Did I run out of water? Do I need to hook up to county water? How long is it going to take? PANIC! Anyway, I left a message at JKA, got a call back within 30 minutes. Then an on-site visit from Jeff within 2 hours. He was professional, courteous, and resolved the issue (new control box) within 20 minutes at a reasonable price. Thank you Jeff!

We had a problem with our well today, and called them. They arrived ahead of schedule, and had the problem diagnoses and fixed very quickly. We were extremely satisfied, and will definitely call them again.
