I had an exceptional experience with Wallingford Plumbing. This company definitely deserves a 5 star!! I began having troubles with my water heater on a Friday afternoon and after calling numerous plumbing companies, I finally came across Wallingford Plumbing. I spoke to Roman and explained to him the issues I was having with my heating system and within the next hour he was able to come to my home and solve the problem I was having. Roman is very knowledgeable in his field of work, is very friendly, kind, and patient, provides great customer service, and does quality work at a very FAIR price. If you are in any plumbing needs, I definitely recommend calling Wallingford Plumbing. Roman does an AMAZING job!

The owner and only employee, Roman, hit my neighbor's car pretty hard. When I confronted him about it, he immediately refused to admit he had done it. I noted the scratches on the cars and he started screaming and swearing at me. He continued to get more and more hostile to me before trying to drive away. If he treats his customers anything like he treated me or my neighbor, I'd recommend never using him. So incredibly rude.
