I had Barry come out to install a new faucet on my bathroom sink. He was quick and efficient. Cleaned up after he was done. Very respectful, and polite. Always have good experiences with Basin guys.

I was very impressed that Service Tech Scott was able to come on the same day I called and repair our A/C. Scott was very professional and put up with me looking over his shoulder asking questions. I enjoyed very much talking with him. He could have easily sold me a $500 part but after some troubleshooting found the culprit was a simple burned out relay. I like how different repairs have a set price so you don't feel that the repair is being stretched out and I appreciated Scott giving a courtesy call before arriving at our house. This is the second time I've called Basin to help us out of a jam and both times resulted in my family sleeping comfortable the following night.
