Beacon Plumbing

No one wants to have to call a plumber, but both times I have needed to these folks have been 1. Readily available immediately and 2. Easy to work with and professional. Highly recommended.

Nate F and David (job number 205368) replaced a faucet for me and also replaced one of the shut offs that was leaking. They called before they were on the way, arrived on time, were very courteous and did a great job, leaving the area clean. Couldn’t be happier. Even happier I didn’t have to get that corroded mounting nut off myself ;-).

The guys who came and the job they did was good however Beacon required they charge an extra 212 dollars just to return to their shop because they didn’t have a routine part on their truck. I am paying for the service which was already priced high so why do I have to pay because they need to get the part that should have been on their truck in the first place. 212 dollars for “drive time” to get a part is ridiculous especially when it was about 15 min away.

I had a house inspection done because I’m selling my home and one of the issues they found was the heater was making a noise. I called Beacon and they were able to come out that day and do a service on it and get everything in working order. My technician Tony, did a very great job getting everything in order and working in a short time. He even gave me a $50 dollar off coupon! Thanks Tony! Job # 206825 -Charlie

I would recommend Beacon Plumbing. Adrian did a very efficient job at replacing our old kitchen faucet. They responded in a timely manner and were out within a couple of hours. Adrian was professional, personable and hard working and got the job done. I do believe Beacon’s pricing is high but I was very happy with the job Adrian (Beacon Plumbing) did.
