EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE EXPERIENCE! Technician (Ken) arrived ahead of schedule. Everything about the drain unclogging experience, from beginning to end, was done professionally and in a polite, competent, friendly manner. The price was one-third less than previous similar service done by another company. Further, I was given suggestions for maintaining clear drains and ways to avoid reoccurring problems.
Budget Roto Plumber, (Poulsbo) made an appointment on my day off, Made an appointment, for 10:00 AM, and it was confirmed during the week, Waited, waited, and waited. 10:45 , called them, no answer. Called again, left a message to please call me back. (1:00 PM, made another appt with another company.) Got a call back from Budget Roto Plumber and they said that it was too late, couldn’t make it out, and too far to come out... Wasted my whole day, for this unprofessional company...My advice, NEVER CALL this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!
