We have used Sultan Pumper Septic over the years and also give them as a reference to our customers. We have also always found them prompt on their appointments and always answer phone calls--you do need to leave your name and number though. They have fair prices and are great people to do business with.
Good price and great on time service - Dave was great to deal with and gave me some advice and information on a filter (that I could easily clean out myself) that I was unaware of. Highly recommend!
Horrible customer service period!! they bill 175.00 to dig a hole! … even though their competitor only charges 35.00?? and they are completely sarcastic when you speak to them … borderline condescending … "well you didn't ask us about that?" or "not our problem" … was the response I was given when inquiring about service not performed … that I had requested …… I guess there was a mis communication between us; during my original phone call/ service request.... but that didn't matter … "not our problem"... I will never be back or refer to them … thoroughly disappointed
