Everett AA Plumbing

I am so angry about their services, they just arrived my house and check what problem is, and say they will come the next day in the morning because they don't have tools that day. However, they just disappear, I call the phone number for more than three times when in the afternoon , nobody picks up phone. If you guys don't want to do the work, can you call me and tell me you don't want do it. What's the meaning of disappearing? Because of I am a Chinese? Or any other reasons?
