Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Kenny came to diagnose a drainage issue in our front lawn French drain. He was able to use his high pressure system to clear our plugged drain and now it works. I called in the morning and he was able to come within a couple of hours and now we are good to go!

We had Sam and Patrick Chernut (217 branch, 4947 tech) come to our house after waking to a flooded bathroom. They were here within the hour and were proactive and reassuring in this stressful situation. Patrick helped us call our insurance to be sure they were given all of the right information to get the process started which was helpful since this was our first. Sam quickly stopped the problem and within hours replaced our valve and toilet. Highly recommend!

Miles came out and did a great job fixing both the toilet and sink. He was very quick and double checked everything and cleaned up, I could not ask for better service; this is the second time I have used them and have been very impressed. Roto-Rooter rooter’s prices seem very reasonable thank you very much.

This evening Big Bill came out to check on a plumbing issue. He was on time, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and how the plumbing system works. He spent hours diligently getting to the root of my plumbing issue. He found the source of the problem and went well above and beyond any and all expectations.
