They were on time, nice, and quick. The price was less than expected after looking up what similar repairs usually cost. All in all I am very satisfied.
Pros: Problem was fixed. Cons: Well to start out they were 2 hours late for my scheduled time. I had to call and ask where they were twice. Which for anyone that works to live is huge inconvenience because that's time waisted. Secondly the gentlemen that were out here came into the house with out covers on their boots. Getting snow and mud in the entry way and hallway. Thirdly the access panel in my closes is covered about 6 inches at the top by a single plywood shelf. So instead of taking the shelf off the hangers he decided to break the Sheetrock at the shelf and not tell me. So all in all I would NOT reccomend their company at least in Ellensburg and I would go with someone local. At least I'd hope their customer service would be better.
