NEVER USE THEM.Worst service ever. They never finished the job, what they did do was unprofessional, they totally ignored what we wanted them to do. Less than a year later, we found out they didn't finish the job and SEPTIC WAS EMPTYING UNDER OUR HOUSE AND INTO CRAWL SPACES. Should I sue?!?
They did a great job . They bid the septic cleanout at $320 . My final bill was $539.16. No disclosure I have added charges till they wrote the bill at the end . I feel a little taken advantage of with lack of disclosure . Be careful maybe have a written contract with them so you don't get screwed . Who doesn't like to spend $200 extra over the amount quoted to you? I'm definitely gonna use a different company next time or make sure I have a written contract so this does not happen again.
I live on Loon Lake, We had a bad back up into the house. They came out right away and stayed for hours to find the problem. After finding the problem they cleaned up and made sure everything was working properly. I was happy with the price especially after the length of time they took to make sure it was done right. The customer service was great, the guys were great on the job, and explained the process of the job and what they did. I recommend them for your septic needs and they even work the weekends!
Came on time and very friendly,mostly got the job done! Hallelujah
