Called the number on Google. Person who answered had a poor command of English and said they didn't have any technicians in Tacoma. Like at all. So I'm not sure why they are advertising in Tacoma when they appear to have no one there and are not a local company. Really weird.

I called another plumbing company out of Seattle for an issue with my shower that was causing the water to continue to flow even when in the off position. They weren't going to be able to come out for a few days and so my search continued. Found Einstein online and I am very glad that they did! They came out the next day, and was able to complete the project. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous, I now have my go to person for all plumbing items!

Great company to use for plumbing services. Technician showed up and was actually early instead of making me sit around all day and very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave a menue of pricing that was fair and even gave a $25 discount when I mentioned Yelp. Took away old water heater and packaging. Excellent overall service, highly recommended these guys.

I've have to say that Jared from Einstein Plumbing really hooked me up on a Saturday evening no less. Next time I need a water heater replaced or a toilet unclogged, I know who I'm calling for sure. Double thumbs up for sure!
