In addition, I told him to blow out the other faucets to clear the debree by removing the shower heads and faucet filters. He didn't do that and we have a ruined shower head now we have to replace. Still more indicative of his lack of attention to detail is that he left the cover off of the street turn off and left his turn off tool sticking out of the whole.
