Craig's Plumbing Solutions

After reading so many positive reviews about Craig’s Plumbing (and the fact that they were local), I thought I would give them a try. It didn’t go well and it all boiled down to poor communication. I called them to get an estimate on a project and explained the details to their secretary. I was told they would get back to me to schedule a time to come out. 1 week later I hadn’t heard anything so I called back and talked to the same secretary, who assured me I’d hear from them soon. 2 weeks after that the owner finally called me. I missed the call, but called back later that day (he gave me the office number). Again talked to the same secretary and was told to leave a message. Well, it’s been over a week later (and a month since the original call) and still no call back. If it’s that hard to get an estimate from them it sure seems like a red flag. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Really glad we went with these guys. Jake and Hayden treated us right, and they fixed the problem quickly. Pricing was very reasonable too. I hate having to call people out to my house to fix something because I like fixing things myself, and I because know I'm going to get gouged, but with them it was a giant sigh of relief. Will definitely go with Craig's Plumbing Solutions if I ever need plumbing services again.

Great work but lacking conflict management and communication skills. These guys were my go-to plumbers for which lasted a few jobs, which were all done to my satisfaction. The last job they did, however, led to a dramatic altercation. When I was concerned about the work they did, we had some schedule conflicts, so the owner, Casey, agreed to check out a video of the problem. He never responded. I believe he thought what I was reporting was unrelated so he disregarded it, but with no communication. A week later, the problem I had asked about led to an emergency. Fumes filled our rental and emergency service was called. The emergency tech was suspicious of the work they had done and said it was probably sewer fumes. When I contacted Casey directly -- pretty angry about the lack of response on his part -- his response was totally unprofessional. He wouldn't acknowledge his promise to get back to me about the video. He disagreed with everything I said, was super defensive and childish, instead of just saying they'll get to the bottom of it. In the end, they came out and verified their work and cleared their name... But the unprofessionalism along the way was very unnecessary, unhelpful.

The guys did a good job. I had a weird piping problem...they worked around it and stopped my leak. I would be definitely use them again.
