Paid $250 twice, with no resolution. In September someone came to unclog my bathtub. In November the bathtub wouldnt drain again as well as the kitchen sink, the first repair was still under warranty but since it was the sink AND the bathtub (they're connected) they said it wasn't covered and charged $250 again. Now it's march and the bathtub is not draining again, called and they told me that none of it's covered there's only a 120 day guarantee and it expired last week. Horrible service and a rip off.
