Apollo Plumbing Marysville

Had a huge leak in my water heater over the weekend and they came to my house and replaced it right away. They were honest about pricing and super informative. I would recommend them for any plumbing job.

Scheduled work to be done and the plumber was supposed to arrive between 3-5. No show, no call. We called and they said, oh we called and maybe texted also. No, they did not call nor did they text. They said they were unable to come that day and wanted to reschedule for following day. We reluctantly rescheduled for same time following day. Received a call at 4:30 stating the plumber was running late and would possibly be an hour or so later. No show once again and then received a text asking again to reschedule. No thank you, we'll go with someone else. Work schedules were rearranged to make sure someone was home during their appointment windows on both days which makes this experience particularly annoying.

Quick friendly service. Had them replace a 50 year old garbage disposal that was not quite a standard install. Corey was great to work with. They kept me advised via txt on when they would show up. I'll be calling them next time I need a plumber. They were the only shop that I called that would quote me a solid price for the call without a $50 truck roll first.

Out of town when we received a call from our tenants that their was a leak in the house. Called Apollo on a Saturday morning and got the first appointment on Monday. They were excellent at communicating especially explaining the issue and the different steps to fixing the problems.

These guys came out and found an extensive problem with the plumbing. They told us not to use the facilities (toilet,sinks, shower, washer, dishwasher, etc.) until they fixed the problem, but that someone would be on it in the morning. Nobody came and two days later when someone did show up, it wasn't to do the work. I called to complain and was told someone would be out in two more days. So we went without even a toilet for a WEEK. Four times guys came out, but each time it was just to see what the problem was. It has now been almost two weeks and we still can't use the bath or shower. Worst experience I've ever had with a plumbing company!
