O'Neill Plumbing

I called 4 highly rated plumbing companies and O’Neill Plumbing was the only one willing to estimate the cost of installing a faucet! Using prior experience, it seems companies would have a general idea of the time (thus the cost) needed to replace a faucet ... after all, it wasn’t a repair - we booked w/ Kelli and Steve came out on the day promised and completed the work in less than 30 minutes. It was a brilliant experience start to finish and going forward, O’Neill will be our go to plumbing company. PS - it was pleasantly shocking to learn the cost for the switch out! It was bloody ridiculous - in a wonderful way! thank you O’Neill team.

I wasn't very happy with me experience either. In White Center it's a lot like West Seattle and that means accountability is #1. It wasn't the mistake in the work that was the issue it was the rude owner. I mean come on! If you are paying to fix your emloyees work then why be rude to your client?

Tyler Blanchard was awesome - worth the weekend premium rates. He arrived within 30 minutes of my emergency call, did great work at a fair price and had a great attitude. We'll absolutely call O'Neill again.

I had a great experience with John and Colton. They took the time to explain the problem and the possible solutions so I could make informed decisions. They even showed me how to do a quick fix myself. As a young female homeowner, I’m used to being talked down to, and they didn’t do that at all. I will definitely be calling them for future projects.

Visited. Stayed 10 minutes. Charged $150 and claimed they would call when they get the part they would need to fix a leaky faucet (they don't seem to carry parts to fix leaky faucets). Never heard back from them.
