I cannot begin to express the stunning level of customer service provided by Fox. I called at 3:45 pm with an issue regarding a newly installed air conditioning unit. The staff was amazing and swift to answer my call and get a service tech out to my house at 5:30 pm on the same day - far exceeding my expectations. The service tech was patient and thorough and worked the issue until it was fully resolved. He was terrific. I could not be happier with Fox and its staff. Thank you.

Gerald was very thorough, professional, and even helped educate us on our unique garbage disposal and plumbing situation. He was quick and cleaned up after himself, which is appreciated for what can be a messy job. Thank you so much for squeezing us in last minute and the great work!

We have used Fox Plumbings services 4 times now over the last few years. Very professional, all ways been on time, explain what options or repairs are needed and always completed the jobs to our satisfaction. Some may say they are expensive. But when you find a company you can trust you tend to sleep a lot better. Will continue to call Fox again if needed in the future and will gladly recommend them to anyone needing their services. Hussein was very thorough and did an excellent job. That has not always been my experience with Fox. In fact, it has been VERY mixed. I really want to recommend them because of someone like Hussein, but I can't because there have been too many negative experiences.
