The gentlemen were very professional and done an excellent job explaining the repairs we needed and also the pros and cons of the repairs. They explained that if we did the repairs our old equipment could still fail. They gave us a choice of doing the repairs or getting a whole new system. We're pretty sure we're getting a new system. Our AC unit is 26 years old and our furnace is 10 plus years old so I think it's best to get a whole new system.
Now THIS is how service should work! They gave 4 different heat pump replacement options and explained the benefits of each in great detail. They called ahead. They showed up on time. EVERY member of the team was super friendly. They asked multiple times if I had any questions. They took the time to show me all the ins and outs of our new system. They were obviously very knowledgeable. And they did a few bonus improvements and upgrades that weren't included in the bid. They may not be the least expensive, but when a heat pump system costs as much as a new car, you don't want cheap service on it. I had Ron Walker out to do preventative cleaning and checks on our home hvac system. He was very pleasing to work with. We interrupted his work to ask questions and he was more than happy to talk and give advise. Another very satisfying customer experience from Campbell and Company, represented by their electrician, Anthony K. Anthony has served us before, and he has always been extremely professional and courteous. He performed our annual electrical inspection service of all electrical systems, and reassured us regarding some electrical concerns we had for our house. Because of technicians like Anthony, we would never go to any vendor other than Campbell and Company for home repairs.
