I have been using Papa Bear for about 4 years now, and I am always impressed. Matt is reliable with appointments, personable, and easy to work with. He ensures that work has a permit and is to code. The best thing about them is that they are honest. I called Matt once for an issue and he talked me through a simple fix without charging a dime.
