Called for a broken pipe and was told it would be fixed the following day. At noon that day called to get a time estimate for how far out they were, no one answered the phones so I just hung up. Called again an hour later, still no answer, I decided to leave my name and number for a call back. No one ever showed up, I never was called. Seemed very nice on the phone when I gave them my information for the appt. But then they disappeared and I was left at square one with no water still. They may be good a plumbing, I will never know.

Excellent experience with the folks at Whatcom Electric and Plumbing. Debbie in the office is excellent and Stan in the field is great. We've used them now a couple times and their workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. Wouldn't call anyone else.
