Everyone at this company has been so professional and helpful. Called them up last week because we were in the middle of a backed up sewer crisis. They got us someone out and kept us informed about their arrival time. Really appreciated the quick scheduling done by them during this stressful time. The tech was amazing, he was so very patient and worked very hard. He figured out the best course of action, got it fixed and set us up with restoration. He even tried to help us understand what happened. He definitely made the best of a horrible situation! Thank you!

This company was referred to us from a family friend. So they were the first choice for reliable and professional plumbers! Our sewer line recently busted, so they came out and inspected replace the whole sewer pipe for us. These guys were very honest and professional. Definitely refer them to other friends and family.

We have used Uptown multiple times and every time they have done a phenomenal job! We've had 2 different plumbing specialist, and each have been wonderful and knowledgeable in helping us with our problems. Our most recent issue was a leaking service line. I will only use and recommend Uptown as my plumbing service!

My mom had a main sewer line clog that happened suddenly. She had nasty junk all over her basement and I had no idea who to call for this type of service. I looked online and saw this company and the raving reviews. I called and they could get someone out here same day between 1 and 3 pm. The gentleman arrived and got to work on the clog. It turned out to be roots causing the blockage. He ran the line ( I don't know what its called, big metal cable) out 100 feet and back a total of 6 time to clean out the blockage. Very thankful that they could come out and help us in such short notice. I was expecting a huge bill but I was very happy with the cost since it was an urgent matter. I would defiantly call these guys again if I required their service.
