Jerk of the year award. I called to inquire about a large job. Mid sentence this jackass cuts me off and says what time do you want someone out. I said I don’t need anyone right now I am trying to decide. Click. Thinking I must have dropped the call I called back. The airhead secretary and he are laughing. I say I just called about plumbing. Click. If this punk treats potential $20,000 customers like that he doesn’t need your job.

We called about a small amount of sewage backing up from our basement floor drain. The tech came out the same morning and inspected our sewer line with a camera. He showed us part of our old clay pipes had broken under our front yard and would need to be replaced. He said they could come back that afternoon to do the repair. The crew came back out, repaired the pipe within a few hours. Everyone was very professional and friendly, kept us updated on the progress, and answered all our questions. This is the second time we have hired this company, and we have been very happy with their work both times. Thank you!

Very grateful for the hardworking guys that came to my home in Seattle and cleared like my Backed up drain in no time! We had a very concerned and considerate crew that took care of any questions and showed us a few things along the way. It's nice to see that the guys take pride in the work that they are performing. Hopefully, I never need to use them again (lol), but I will not hesitate to call them again if any sort of issue like this comes up in the future. Great company.

We needed a new water heater to be installed and we called Hagee because it was a local plumbing service provider. The team was great with assisting us with our water heater needs.

This is THE plumbing company to call if you ever need anything! Why? Because the owner is honest and very upfront. We used them last year for a plumbing issue and were given the quote upfront before they even came to our house. And they resolved the problem very quickly and charged exactly what the quote was. Well, last night we were without hot water so I called them this morning. The owner called me back and talked me through a few preliminary itemsand we were able to solve the problem without them having to come to our house. I imagine a lot of other plumbers would not have done this, but Chris took the time to help me over the phone even though it cost him a service call. Chris (the owner) is very honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. In the past I have used a few other plumbers and really like much better. Not to say anything bad about the other companies, but my experiences with Chris have been excellent and professional. I highly recommend using them!
