We had Zak out to our house to investigate a leak related to an insurance claim. He was through and very communicative throughout the process. Should another need arise we'll be sure to use American Leak detection again.
Our home insurance company sent American Leak Detection NW to our home to idendify a couple sources of leak. Technician arrived promptly. One suggestion I'd like to make is: Please ask you technicians to remove their shoes or wear shoe protective covers when they go inside customers home.
Customer service and the inspector were excellent and well informed. This company, however, is extremely expensive. More than $350/hr. A single inspection was nearly $700 for a visit less then 2 hours. Make an informed decision and research competitive costs before contracting ALD.
Highly recommend American Leak Detection! I found Brandon to be well knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He pressure tested all underground plumbing and performed a hands-on inspection of the entire pool finding our leak quickly.
Arrived early for appointment on Saturday which was nice. Had fixed price for three hours to locate leak compared to competitors 2 hour Window for more money. Uses nitrogen not helium which is better for environment and less expensive. Found it in 2 hours. Was correct leak was there. Would use again.
