Excellent. Very quick, genuine, inexpensive, came out the same day. I had a leaky spigot and he had to cut a small hole in the closet. He went out of his way to make it small and asked if he should repair the wall or whether I wanted to do it myself. Seemed very trustworthy - eager to keep the cost down, but not so cheap as to use bad parts. I'll use him again and recommend him to friends.
