I highly recommend them! They were really nice and knowledgeable. They communicated every step to us, yes it was a slow response when we had questions, but there's only 3 people that work FT for them. It was nice that they draw the plans and install! Didn't have to go to one person for the plans and then another for the installation! They will get all my septic business from here on out!

I got an appointment very quickly and the woman on the phone was really nice and helpful. Brent came out for the appointment and he was great! Very friendly, he answered all my questions and was helpful with tips to keep everything running smoothly with the system. I will definitely be calling them for my routine maintenance and (god forbid) any issues we may have in the future.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! After having a terrible experience with Lee's Sanitation Service (You can read my review on their Google reviews), I reached out to Sunset Septic Tank Co for assistance and they were phenomenal. I left a message with the receptionist. She shared with Brent and he called me within a few hours and squeezed me in the next day. Brent came out today and was incredible! I had been told I would have to replace a baffle by Lee's Sanitation and they wanted to charge me over $900 and wanted half down before they even started. Brent dug everything up and discovered that the baffles were both doing well. He also spent some time educating me on septic tanks and talking through a septic tank innovation I had been pondering. He was simply fantastic and Brent has made Sunset Septic a customer for life! Thank you all!!

My septic was backed up and had been 4 years since my last pump out. Called Sunset and they sent out Brent. Brent was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was very nice not grumpy like most of the people I have had out. Once it was pumped he determined that my inlet pipe coming from my house to the septic tank was clogged with roots. He cleared the clog and roots and had me back in business. He recommended I replace the old concrete pipe with pvc to stop the root issue. Will be calling them soon for the repair. Totally recommend Sunset and Brent. Also when I called the receptionist was very pleasant and worked fast to get Brent out to me. She even called when he was on the way. A+++
