Usually when I write a review it’s never good but in this case I need to recognize good service. Other companies need to take notes from Drain Pro on customer service. These guys are great. They stand behind their jobs and will correct any mistakes on their behalf. We had a small oversight on a plumbing issue at first but these guys came back immediately and took care of my husband Johnnie. I’m not a big fan of plumbers due to rip offs or half done jobs but Drain Pro in Kent WA changed my view. It’s nice to have a company who are committed to good work.

Drain Pro gave me a competitive price and when they felt they underbid the work they honored their quote. They were on time, professional and I was glad to have them on my job. Highly recommend.

I called Drain Pro Plumbing late evening and wanted them to come out and my basement had standing water. They scheduled me early morning next day. The guys came over diagnosed what's going on. My main water line had broken and it was causing flooding in the basement. They explained what's going on, gave me an estimate. I called few other companies compared quotes. Their price was the best and they scheduled my work at my convenience. The crew that came in was very professional, and did the work very clean. I was very happy, they even cleaned everything after done. Usually plumbers are dirty and they would leave unclean. But this crew was very very good, from the beginning to the end they gave excellent customer service. After they got done, they sent me invoice in the email. I had to go out of town, but the guy Raman said no worries, I can take care of it after I come back. Some companies are not that easy in payment, they demand everything once they are done. Call back and forth. But Drain Pro Plumbing and especially Raman were excellent. He told me I can take care of it once I'm back. Like seriously who says this these days. I came back after couple weeks and paid them the dues. And now I'm leaving this review so everyone can use them. They are the best plumbers, professional, honest work ethics, and excellent customer service. I'm beyond impressed. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE .

Fast Service Fair Price Raman serviced our sewer line on June 11 when it was clogged. I called on Saturday and Raman answered while on holiday in Canada. He fixed our problem first thing Monday morning for a great price. Raman and Benny were lifesavers. Our waste water sewer line was completely backed up to the house. Raman spent hours locating the issue and trying to resolve it as my wife is disabled and going out to use the restroom was not possible for her. Benny worked into the night to resolve the issue. We are so thankful that we chose Drain Pro. They were friendly, polite, hardworking, and charged a fair price to complete the work. We will be using Drain Pro Plumbing from now on.
