We experienced a clogged sewage line on Thanksgiving day and contacted Earth Tech and spoke with a Manager on Duty. The Gentleman scheduled us for the next morning; our choice.. the tech contacted us 45 minutes prior to his arrival and was early. He went right to work, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed. I cannot say enough about his work ethic, knowledge, and effort to get us back up and running. I recommend these guys!
They completed an entire sewer line installation in one day. They showed up on time, were very courteous, kept the job area clean, did a very neat installation, and very thoroughly cleaned up before leaving. I would definitely recommend them.
I can not say enough about the wonderful service I received.I’ve never needed a plumbing service before. I was intimidated by just the thought of the process. My tech was fantastically polite and thoughtful, he is very thorough and obviously experienced, he made me feel comfortable asking questions and really turned my day around by being able to fix my plumbing issue on the spot. I will never use another plumbing service. Honestly, probably one of the best service companies I have worked with. I feel lucky and blessed to have had their help.
Earth tech plumbing recently installed a new ClimateMaster geothermal heat pump. The entire process was outstanding. From quoting to installation to final inspection. They did an excellent job, everyone on the crew was very professional and their work was great. It really could not have gone better. I am very pleased to have found Earth tech Plumbing and I will use them for all of my future plumbing and hvac needs.
