Unfortunately we have a home owners nightmare of a house that requires a lot more work but Harts has been great especially when our old water heater flooded half the laundry area and they were here within 2 hours installing a new one. Had a faulty copper t installed and they fixed no charge completely honoring the warranty. I've even sent them to my mothers and they installed a new water heater for her as well. She sure loves never running out of hot water. Highly recommend this company.

Harts is always quick to respond, when needed. They also honor their work. I had Harts put in a new sewer line about 2 years ago. There was a small section near the house that was not fixed which resulted in a back up. They stated that they will fix the issue. Which is greatly appreciated. I will definitely go back to them for any of my plumbing needs.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Gave them half down to perform a job but they sent someone who thought my drain field was a sprinkler system. I canceled the project and Hart’s was supposed to shred my check. LIES!! They ran my check as an EFT without permission. Argued with them for almost 2 weeks and was given a refund check only to find out that the next day they put a stop payment on it. Now I’m going through the process of disputing the EFT charge with my bank. Hart’s is the worst company I have ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars I would have
