Good, knowledgeable and courteous, prompt service. On the pricey side but depending on who you ask. Pat's hooked me up to public sewer, avoiding further use of a drain field. They got it done. No issues.

My heroes! Thank you so much for fitting me in so quickly with same day service. Jesse and his partner were awesome. They replaced my leaking outdoor faucet and repaired my toilet, after my water service provider notified me of high H2O consumption. Jesse was relentless and stayed an extra hour to troubleshoot a random drop, which I so appreciated. Great customer service, too. Thank you so much! Proud to be a new loyalty member.

Wow! Licensed Plumber on the job! After calling many companies we were unable to schedule a Licensed Plumber, found Pat’s; scheduled and Wow!! A job done right! A new Water Heater! A Licensed Plumber and a Great Price!! What more could a Home Owner ask for?

So far, not happy and do not recommend. Out of five shut off valves they installed, three are wet. I was told that technicians would come the next day - waited for them to show up for 4 hours with no lack yet. It looks like I may have to wait another day or two... I will update this post when my situation will be resolved. UPDATE: Technician came today and fixed problems.

I have used Pat's for years. I've tried others but always came back. They are very reliable. Competively priced and everyone I've worked with is very helpful and friendly.
