Silvana Plumbing

They came out to our salon to replace a sink and pipe work. They were super nice at first, showed up asap. To only have DISASTER the hoses where popping out and leakimg everywhere, the drain on our sink fell apart, and out sink was put it jerry rigged and looks ridiculous. When we called to see what they can do, they responded that there is nothing they can do....i wouldn't NEVER recommend this company

Some home repairs and maintenenace are painful...but necessary. If you are faced with plumbing issues don't call anyone other than Silvana Plumbing. They are reachable by phone, return calls, show up on time and confirm information. Don't trust anyone other than Silvana Plumbing!

I called Silvana Plumbing because we were out of hot water. The man I spoke to explained he was booked out for a couple weeks but took the time to ask questions about what was happening. Long story short, it was only a thermostat which I replaced myself on his advice. Could not be happier. Sending them a check for making my day even though there was no bill. As to BBB ratings another reviewer mentioned, I looked them up myself and there were no complaints listed. They have been in business for 33 years for crying out loud.

Wow! was blown away by their service. Called several plumbers in the area for a list of problems with my house. Two never returned my calls. One told me without seeing it. it could be in the thousands of dollars. They promptly returned my call on a weekend and scheduled me for service. They provided an estimate after looking at the work and proceeded to fix all my issues. I was amazed at how fast and efficient they worked. Then to top it off the bill was about 500 dollars less than the estimate (overall bill less than 600.00). I will not hesitate to use them again. I just wish i called them sooner.

I wish I could give this terrible business negative stars. They love to rip off Senior Citizens (my mom) with work that isn't needed or requested. They also charged for parts we already had. They sent a trainee to do the work when he wasn't supposed to work unsupervised as per WA state regulations. (Also, after we checked, the owner does not have a plumbing license.) A simple job took this trainee over 4 hours and we paid for his lunch break too as he was here 10:30a to 2:30pm. They also charged a $143 "service fee" on top of their hourly rate. Most places will credit that if the work is done but not these creeps/scammers. Stay away if you value your money and don't EVER send them to a Senior Citizen's house. They also love to not tell you how long things will take so they can run the hours up. The guy just walked back and forth to his truck. They will get all they can from you, be careful. They are crooks and awful human beings. Don't trust them alone in your house, especially Seniors who are vulnerable to their unethical practices. We wish we had talked to more people before hiring them because they've done this to other people too. Their work was subpar as well. They have an answer for everything, don't trust a word they say. Putting in a high quality toilet and replacing two faucets cost us $900 dollars, really? We supplied everything including the high quality toilet and faucets. Hope we can save you from making a mistake by submitting this review.
