Waterways did our plumbing 15 years ago when we built our house. A couple years ago we had a washing machine flood, they came and put in a drain for us. We bought a new kitchen faucet from them recently. And today they were out to replace our original water heater. We have always had quick, professional and friendly service from them. They will always be our go to for any plumbing issues we may have.
Called Waterways the original installer of my plumbing at my new house. Advised them I was 2 weeks out of my 1 year warranty and I had a small leak under my kitchen sink do to an improperly installed compression gasket on my garbage disposal. They quoted me $400. I told them "drop dead." Watch out for these robbers.
We went here today looking for new toilets for our bathrooms and their show room looks very nice and offers a decent variety of kitchen sinks, washing basins and toilets. I noticed that when I did a Google search for this place, they do come up but there aren't very many pictures to know where you are going so I took some pictures of the front doors and the building as well as of the inside of the show room. What ever they do not cary on the floor they can order for you.
We own a 78-year-old home in downtown Vancouver. Twice this year our sewer line has backed up into our basement. The first time we called another plumber who came out and, after running a camera and doing some root cleaning, basically said our lines were collapsing and we needed to pay them $15,000 right away to deal with the issue. And our whole backyard would be destroyed. This time we called Waterways. They came out right away and put a camera in the lines - and recorded it for us - so that we could show it to companies that might be able to fix it without ruining our whole backyard. They spend extra time looking at the line (which is not even close to catastrophic collapse), cleaning out roots, found some flap issues that they repaired and made some recommendations to help us not pay $15,000 for someone to basically dig up our whole backyard, cut down all our trees and take out our patio. They have our highest recommendation for customer service and care.
You guys rock! Fast service and friendly service people. Thank you for the Christmas Card. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you. Mike & Susan
