Collins Plumbing

I inquired about a bid for a decent sized bathroom remodel. Bill Blair came out to do the bid. He sounded intelligent, but it turned shady when a little over a week later he said he was leaving the company to start his own business and handed me both Collins bid and his lower bid sheet. I was uncomfortable with trusting Collins' estimate after what happened so I called them about a re-estimate. They sent over two gentlemen who were the complete opposite of Bill Blair. They were hesitant and didn't seem to understand about the pipe removal/relocation that needed to go on even though I stated five times what needed to happen. They told me to give them a few days to get the estimate. I cannot recall how many days later but Mike Collins called to see how things went and I said I still hadn't received my estimate. He called me later saying the estimate would be done that day. Well guess what... I never got their estimate. They lost my business to Preston Plumbing.

Wouldn't recommend these people! They are very unstable and will rip you off anyway they can. I'd recommend looking no up others!
