Called last night with an overflow septic problem. Tim called and responded ahead of time today. He solved the issue quickly and showed us the cause and how to avoid future problems. Great people like Tim make a great company. Thanks to all.

Overall, an excellent experience with Flo Hawks. They quickly responded to my initial call. Reviewed our situation and made a plan. They work weekends and evenings which worked well for us. The technician, Tony, was really skilled. He showed great determination in fixing a particularly difficult problem. While it was a bit expensive, they seem to be competitively priced. We really appreciate the good work.

A real nice knowledgeable technician came out same day, and I called at 2pm. Diagnosed the problem and proceeded to repair it. Identified himself. Made sure I was aware of the charges in advance, which I considered fair. This company was pleasant to work with and had all the tools and knowledge to repair plumbing or septic problems. I would certainly recommend them.

Amazing customer service. Septic system alarm went off the afternoon of Christmas Eve. Of course. The morning of the 26th, I called and I was offered an immediate appointment. I couldn't set up an appointment until today, but they were still very accommodating. The tech showed up and was very polite. Initially we were quoted as needing a new pump at $2600 total for our bill. Ryan continued working on the septic and then realized that the pump had a piece of plastic stuck inside of it. Ryan was an outstanding customer advocate and ensure we were taken care of. We still had our tanks pumped just to be safe. It's rare for companies to do what's best anymore. But FloHawks is still customer service driven. And I wont hesitate to call them anytime I need any service they provide.

This should actually be two posts, but... First, Daniel was AWESOME! He was professional, informative, and helpful. I would rate his service as five stars. However, when I originally called the company (and I called them because of a good experience with them in the past) on Saturday and explained the situation (I had diagnosed the problem, but since I only have one bathroom in my home, I really wanted service as quickly as possible), I was told the earliest appointment would be Monday afternoon. After discussing what time someone could be here, I wasn't available at that time so we had to schedule the service for Tuesday. The website clearly says that they are available "nights, weekends, or holidays, you can depend on our technicians 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for a variety of services" yet I was told by the receptionist that only meant to be able to talk with someone. Disappointing. I ended up having to stay at a local B & B since they couldn't get here any sooner. The office and website rate only three stars. Bottom line, however, is I have had two dealings with this company and overall I am very pleased with their service.
