Very personable company. I was struggling to find a plumber that could assist with fixing a leak that was causing me a high water bill and not only did iPlumb offer to come out and diagnose the issue for free, they also offered to call around and assist in finding someone that could help with the fix and arranging a payment plan. On top of all that, they informed me that the City would reimburse me for the excess water used once the work is complete and I can prove to the City the leak caused the additional water usage.
