Feller installed a A/C Heating for our dental office in Blaine and did an amazing job! The doctor and the staff were extremely happy with the quick turnaround. The sales rep from Feller called us back right away to give us a quote which was very competitive and sent his crew to do the installation the next week. The installers were very professional and finished the job promptly. The unit has been working great and we are so glad that we picked Feller for such a big investment.

I recently had a pretty awful experience with Feller. After a heat pump water heater that they installed prematurely failed, they charged me $1600 in labor for a "warranty" replacement. Then the new water heater failed within six months and started leaking condensate over our floor. It took multiple phone calls to get a tech to come out to look at it with multiple no shows and terrible customer service along the way. Save your time and look elsewhere.

Service tech was friendly but did not follow up to fix my issue. I had an error code flashing light on my furnace so I called Feller. I informed the tech when he arrived what the code said the issue was according to Google. I realize that Google results might be wrong which is why I called Feller instead of doing the work myself. While he was looking at the furnace he asked me to flip the breaker on and off. When he left he said he thinks it needs a motherboard. He told me someone would call with a quote for that part and he'd be back to fix it. I was sceptical that that was the issue but I awaited their call. No one called and when I received a bill it said that the tech noted "the furnace was working when the tech arrived, found error code 33, he turned it off and on again and and the unit started and runs correctly". It does not run correctly if you found an error code and didn't follow up to fix the issue. Losing faith in this service industry I fixed the issue myself because it was in the middle of December. Feller tried to collect $106.53 from me for this short visit that did not resolve my problem. I have since paid another company in town to check the furnace and perform regular maintenance. They told me I did the right fix according to Google and a motherboard was not necessary.
