Corey was our Technician #35. He was very responsive prior to arriving, keeping in touch with updates on when he would be at our home. When he arrived he was very through to diagnose the problem we were experiencing and then took all needed measures to fix the problem and insure that we were satisfied with his work. Once he was finished he went the extra mile to make sure the problem was addressed and all needed work was done. Highly recommend this company when there are drainage issues

Cory tech # 35 is a rock star. He showed up on time and had genuine concern about the situation. He was thorough, pleasant and successful. He shared his knowledge of the situation and gave helpful advise as to how to prevent future occurrence. One of the better experiences I've had regarding emergency services.

The serviceman (tech 35) was a bit later than I was expecting but he did a great job. He was very informative on things I could do on my own if I had the same problem occur and he tested everything to make sure all was running as it should. Would use again.

Corey was very good - more stars for him- he diagnosed and fixed the problem. Be warned that Roto-Rooter charges $250 just to show up, regardless of whether it is after hours or not. I didn't ask up about cost up front, and wasn't told, so I was disappointed to pay such a high amount during normal business hours. Seems like a better deal would be to use them for emergencies that occur after hours as the fee would be the same.

Fast response, showed up on time and worked fast! One of the best experiences we’ve ever had with a plumbing company. Would highly recommend
