I tried to repair a faucet and caused a bigger issue. I called a couple of plumbers and one said they couldn't get to it at all and suggested I call around. I called James and he returned my call quickly, came by within minutes to make an assessment, and came by again in the afternoon to replace my faucet...the same day! He did an excellent job for a reasonable price. Thank you very much.

I had a toilet leak during a weekend. I left a message for Charlie on a Saturday night. He called me back Sunday morning and was able to come by our house Monday to fix the problem. Charlie's prompt, responsive, and reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Had pipes freeze due to insanely cold weather, but due to my own ignorance, we left the problem go to long hoping that they would unfreeze. It took Charlie 30 minutes to get there and he worked until almost midnight, his rates were very reasonable for a night time plumbing emergency. He was very professional, I would definitely recommend!
